Originally based in France, GGA took its first steps in Africa in the early 2000s with the creation of two GGA representative offices at the request of French clients.

One in Dakar and the second in Abidjan, capable of managing medical repatriation, hospitalization and express reimbursement of health claims.

We decided that given the local health conditions, the distance of our insured from their families and their country of birth, our teams had to provide a service with even more empathy, assitance, and availability.

Innovation and customer satisfaction being at the heart of GGA's concerns, we set up third party administration platforms (TPA) and brokerage firms in countries where demand was high, Senegal and Côte d’Ivoire in the first instance, to be closer to our customers, while always keeping in mind GGA's second pillar: after-sales service, in order to offer a unique GGA know-how, focused on digitalization which includes:
