- And, the firm must ensure after-sales service by providing rigorous in-house claims management capable of delivering hospital coverage and reimbursing medical expenses within 48 hours.
The human factor must be at the heart of the daily life of each GGA employee. We do not deal with a broken car, a stolen television set, or the assistance of a child requiring medical repatriation and emergency hospitalization with the same personal involvement.
